Chickadee

This project is Co-op project with 2 other developers. Chickadee is a web application that manage properties for companies. In this app tenants can submit maintenance requests, pay rent, and view their lease. Landlords can manage their properties, tenants, and maintenance requests. Admins can manage all users and properties. Also, they can have a chat with each other. Also, we built notification system for tenants and landlords. We used React.js, C#(Asp.NET Core), SignalR, Azure Blob, Bootstrap, SQLServer, Docker.
